You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any 678ph content without prior written authorisation from 678ph.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 678ph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the 678ph platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

678ph's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms or the use of the 678ph platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

678ph does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the 678ph platform at your own risk.
